Implementation of the Six Sigma

The significant role of the Six Sigma is the professionalism of the management team and its quality. Before the Six Sigma occured the management responsible for quality was located at the production level what was not in many cases the best solution. The Six Sigma nomenclature has similar ranking to martial arts and we can find there lots of business functions and career development path. One of the most important functions in the in the Six Sigma are:

  1. Executive leadership: we can find CEO and other people from the management here. Their responsibility is very wide as they need to find a good way for succesful implementation of Six Sigma. They also work with other members of the six sigma group to elaborate the best ideas, solutions and significant improvements.

  2. Champions: they are responsible for implementation of the Six Sigma in the organization. They are also mentors for Black Belts.

  3. Master Black Belts: are closely engaged in the Six Sigma. They help champions in their tasks and guide people from Black Belts and Green Belts. They are also responsible for compatibility of the Six Sigma applications.

  4. Black Belts: work under Master Black Belts. They concentartes directly on projects. implementation.

  5. Green Belts: is the lowest grade in the Six Sigma methodology. They are generally workers who works at Six Sigma implementation. However they have also have other tasks to do.
